CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 10/13/2023 4:00 PM The County of Sullivan is upgrading its current communication system infrastructure and is seeking one or more bids for one (1) 180-foot, solid rod leg, self-support communications tower. This bid should not include construction or installation of the tower. Bids may be held by the County for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to this Project.
