Site work and paving for a road / highway in Laporte, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of May 12, 2023. Project has been awarded to Russell Standard Corporation in the amount of $34,745.10 Laporte Borough Building For the following Contract: Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 2,301 SY Asphalt Prime Coat; 2,301 Asphalt Surface Treatment; 2,301 SY Asphalt Seal Coat and 2,301 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
