Phase IV Lift Station for Existing Sites on the Sac and Fox Settlement. The magnitude of construction can be best characterized as Between $100,000 and $250,000. Question Deadline 07/19/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Site Address: 1632 305th St Description: The Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of Phase IV Lift Station. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. A copy of a valid Contractor's license for the state in which the work resides or Certification of Renewal thereof issued and registration of Indian owned firm from TERO shall be supplied at the time of bidding and enclosed in the required Bidder's Bond envelope. In the evaluation of the bids, the Owner may, within funding limitations, give preference up to the amount of 5% above the lowest total bid, to qualified Indian owned firms. The qualified Indian owned firms must register with the local TERO Office prior to the bid opening.
