All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of TEN percent (10%) of the Base Bid, payable to the City of Joliet. The City of Joliet reserves the right to accept any bid which may be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Joliet. The City of Joliet further reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
