New construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls to pre-qualified, prospective proponents (each a "Proponent") to each submit a proposal (a "Proposal") for the Design-Build Services for a Salt/Sand Storage Facility, as further described in the RFP. This RFP is the second stage in a two-stage procurement process for the selection of a contractor to complete the work. Stage 1 - Pre-Qualification of Contractors Establish a list of pre-qualified contractors (the "Pre-Qualified Contractors") who are eligible to participate in Stage 2 of the process. Stage 2 - Competitive Procurement Process Invite the Pre-Qualified Contractors to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the Deliverables. Only contractors who were pre-qualified through the City's RFSQ61-2024 - Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Design Build of a Salt Barn are eligible to submit a Proposal.
