The City is seeking qualified Plumbing Contractors to perform Plumbing Service Work at Various Facilities in the City of Niagara Falls. The intent of this RFSQ is to create a roster of qualified, licensed Plumbers to supply all labour, equipment, transportation, materials, and service necessary to perform Plumbing Service Work on an as required and emergency basis at various City of Niagara Falls locations. This pre-qualification applies to various Plumbing projects including small plumbing repairs, maintenance, and various Capital projects. The following are representative of the services which may be required: General repairs and maintenance to various plumbing fixtures and facilities; Installation and commissioning of new fixtures and equipment as required; Emergency response and after hours calls; Supply and installation of new fixtures, drains, water lines and sanitary lines; Drain cleaning and inspections; Sump pump repairs and installation; Backflow preventer replacement, repairs, and inspections; Camera services; Hydronic heating service; Water Heater repair/service; Underground Services; Water distribution and drainage systems; Underground plumbing/pipe repairs; Pumps, pool filtration equipment/systems and controls; Water Softener Systems; Sewer systems and pumps; Hot Water Tank repair and replacement; Toilet, urinal, sinks, and drain install, repair and maintenance New construction plumbing; Water fountains install and maintenance; All other plumbing services as deemed necessary by the City.
