Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Regional Municipality of Niagara (the Region) wishes to retain the services of a General Contractor (Successful Respondent) to supply and install Asphalt Paving, Signage, Line Painting, to meet the Region's Accessibility Plan once the installation is complete. The contractor is also to rebuild the pedestrian ramp on the North side of the building to allow adequate egress. This RFQ is being issued to all of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2022-RFPQ-107 specifically Category 1.
