Contractor Services for the Design Build of a Salt Barn located at 3265 Stanley Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls. This RFSQ is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process for the selection of a contractor to complete the work. Only Contractors pre-qualified through this RFSQ process will be invited to participate in the second stage procurement process. The second stage procurement process is anticipated to be awarded late 2024. The City of Niagara Falls is currently in the process of replacing the existing Salt Barn structure located at 3265 Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls, due to life cycle replacement. The new facility will house the required salt, sand and brine products required by the City. The objective of this RFSQ is to prequalify contractors with proven ability and qualifications to complete a CCDC14 Design Build Project for the construction of a new salt storage facility at the existing municipal works yard located at 3265 Stanley Ave Niagara Falls, Ontario. The successful contractor is required to provide a turnkey solution from design conception to project closeout, handover to owner and warranty related services.
