This Request for Proposals seeks a landscape contractor(s) that can provide start-tofinish services for design, site preparation, irrigation, and installation. The scope of the project consists of the following elements provided below. A. Site Assessment B. Landscape Design: Develop basic concept design to help envision how selected plants will appear in the landscape and imagery necessary for obtaining approval from relevant authorities. Landscape designs must have an average plant factor of 0.55 or less and may only include moderate, low, and very low water use plants, as specified by the Water Use Classification of Landscape Species (http://ucanr.edu/sites/WUCOLS/). Landscape designs must include at least three (3) plants per 100 square feet.
