Site work for an educational facility in Westlake Village, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
1. Saw cut and demolish existing concrete as needed at (8) post locations. Excavate for footings up to 6' deep at post locations. Export all spoils and debris from site including all dump fees. No machine excavation. 2. Install (8) 8.625" diameter schedule 40 steel posts in concrete footings per above sizes. Weld post tops closed and weld shade sail mounting plate for shade sail attachment. Maximum height of posts to be 14'-6". 3. Sand blast and powder coat posts oil base bronze color. 4. Pour back surface concrete around (8) posts. 5. Install shade sails. All rigging and turnbuckles to be marine grade stainless steel. Tensioning cable to be 3/8" 7x19 galvanized steel wire rope. To use all engineered grade fasteners and connections systems. 6. Provide hoisting at all posts Deadline to submit Questions Oct 10th 2024, 12:00 PM PDT Modernization - Shade Sails *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
