Qualified Construction Managers to Assist in the Renovation of the Chick-fil-a Venue Located in the NSU University Center. The Board of Regents for the Regional Univrsity System of Oklahoma has authorized NSU Capital Projects and Planning to initiate the selection process for this project. The solicitation and screening procedures will follow Board guidelines for consultant selection and the Board will be notified of committee meetings and interviews. A recommendation for the selection of a firm will be presented to the Board at a subsequent meeting. The selection will be made in accordance with Title 61, and Oklahoma Statutes 62. NSU is seeking qualified Construction Managers to assist in the renovation of the Chick-Fil-A venue located in the NSU University Center. Insurance: Bonds and Insurance, Including Professional Liability Insurance Coverage Will Be Required. Interviews will consist of project specific discussion, the company's previous project history and project expectations. Northeastern State University reserves the right to reject any or all responses or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any submission, and to accept the response or responses which seem most advantageous to the Owner. Question Deadline 07/22/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Northeastern State University will be renovating the Chick-Fil-A venue in the University Center basement. The intent is to replace outdated cooking equipment, modernize the finishes and add functionality to the front of house order and food pick up areas. This will be a single phased project with an approximate budget of $700,000. Proposals will be evaluated on many criteria deemed to be in the University's and students' best interests, including, but not limited to, depth of services offered, relevant project history, stability of company, sub-contractor pool, completeness of service offerings and references.
