Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Tahlequah is seeking sealed bids for the paving of a parking lot and a pickleball court, along with a sidewalk that connects the two. The bidder will construct these features at Southridge City Park. Please contact Brian Speake at 918-822-4768 or bspeake@tahlequah.gov if you have any questions regarding the scope of work. Bids received after the time set for opening bids will not be considered. All bidders submitting a bid must obtain a copy of bid documents from City of Tahlequah to submit a valid bid. Any proposal submitted that was obtained from an outside source other than City of Tahlequah will be considered an irregular proposal and will be eligible for rejection. Bids may be held by the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
