The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary in regard to preparing and painting the exterior metal steel guards, equipment hoods/housings, and the vertical exhaust stack structure for the HQ building located on the second and seventh roof levels of the facility. Work will also include the repair and reinforcement of the exhaust stack on the roof. Period of Contract: For one (1) year from Date of Award. DMV reserves the right to conduct any test it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. DMV also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of DMV to be in its best interest.
