Renovation of a municipal facility in Winooski, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacing three new natural gas boilers. The new boilers will replace three existing 399,000 BTU natural gas boilers. All boilers will be piped as a lead-lag system and will be piped to current heating manifold All three boilers will have new low water cut-offs and 911 auto feed valves with backflow preventers and new TACO 015E system circulators. Each boiler will be installed with new dirt mag separators and hydronic 20-gallon expansion tanks. The current venting will be removed, and new boilers will be vented from the existing holes. Each new boiler will have new sediment traps installed and connected to the existing gas main. All three boilers will be piped primary secondary. New boilers will be programmed to slave primary secondary. 1-year install warranty, 7-year parts warranty, and lifetime heat exchanger warranty These specifications are guidelines. Bids will be received on approved equals.
