Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) invites sealed bids to provide all labor and equipment necessary for RFB #8479 - LDLD5 Runoff Zone Liner Cleaning Project, located at EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility in Elk Grove, CA. Contractor shall clean the runoff zone polypropylene geomembrane liners at Lined Dedicated Land Disposal (LDLD) 5 at the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility (EchoWater Facility), 8521 Laguna Station Road, Elk Grove, California 95758. Cleaning shall include, but not limited to, removal of all dirt, mud, sand, harvested sludge, grass weeds, and other miscellaneous vegetation and debris. Cleaning shall include most areas of the runoff zone liners, including the floors and the sloped areas. These inquiries are to be submitted by July 2, 2024. The time for completion of this contract shall be by September 27, 2024, unless SacSewer approves a time extension. Contract Award July 25, 2024 Notice to Proceed: August 1, 2024 Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid is required to be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix D and Appendix E respectively. SacSewer reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bids received.
