Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wilmerding, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work for this project is divided into two parts: Part 1 consists of the Electrical Repairs needed throughout the park. Part 2 consists of the construction related work including removal of the Belgian block paver stones and installation of concrete sidewalk. Contractor shall be aware that Part 1 Bid and Part 2 Bid may be awarded separately or combined. Contractor may only bid on one part or may bid entire project. All work under this Contract will be performed at Wilmerding Borough's Town Park located at the intersection of Westinghouse Ave., Herman Ave, and Commerce Street within the Borough of Wilmerding.
