Estimated Total Project Cost: $75 Million HITT anticipates the project being completed in three (3) consecutive phases: Phase 1 - Tentative Bid Date - 9/16/2024 - Early Site Package including abatement and demolition of Building 11, underground utility relocations and removals, and earthwork. Phase 2 - Tentative Bid Date - 9/16/2024 - Early Procurement Package including main electrical switchgear and standby generators. Phase 3 - Tentative Bid Date - 02/01/2025 - SBI Headquarters & Logistics Building bid packages.
