Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Lytton, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Reconstruction of various community facilities that were lost in the 2021 Lytton Creek wildfire. Indigenous Services Canada's (ISC) Emergency Management Assistance Program is a key partner in this project. It is desired that the construction of the proposed facilities be completed by 2028. For the purposes of developing a proposal, assume that that there will be 4 facilities planned and reviewed including: Band office approximately 22,000 sf and to include a Council chambers and offices Community Hall approximately 11,000 sf and include a community kitchen, storage with capacity for 300 - 500 people Cultural Centre approximately 5000 sf and to include cultural gatherings Housing Field Office Might be a modular solution. Question Deadline 07/26/2024 at 5:00 PM PT TIMELINE: Request for proposals for the provision of feasibility and architectural services for the conceptual planning, is underway. Notice to Successful Proponent On or before August 30, 2024 Finalization of Engagement Report and Feasibility Study - February 2025.
