Bair Road Stormwater Infiltration/Retrofit Project The project consists of but is not limited to the installation of underground stormwater storage/infltration systems, inlets, manholes, drainage piping, concrete curbing, paving and site grading/seeding and restoration. Question Deadline 07/12/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted via online . All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certifed check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Township Board of Supervisors (BOS) will award bids, within 60-days of the date of bid opening, at either their August 19, 2024, or September 16, 2024, regular Board Meeting. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids, or any parts of any bids. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Prequalifcation of Prospective Bidders.
