Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Schererville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Project Consists of the Furnishing and Installation of All Equipment, Labor and Materials for a Water Main Replacement in the Town of Schererville, in. Also Included in This Work is Asphalt Roadway and Concrete Sidewalk, Driveway and Curb Replacement. A Certified or Cashiers Check Payable to the Town of Schererville or a Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Bid Amount Must Accompany Each Bid. Bid Security May Be Retained by the Board for a Period of Not-to-exceed Thirty (30) Days for All Bidders and Not-to-exceed Sixty (60) Days for the Bidder Given Tentative Award of Contract. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide All Required Project Insurance, Per Section 00650 of the Project Specification Manual; and Separate Performance and Labor and Material Bonds, Each in the Amount of One Hundred (100%) Percent of the Contract Amount. The Town of Schererville Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding, Should the Board Deem It to Be in the Public Interest to Do So.
