MOWING DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project consists of the mowing of Town Property which shall be performed once weekly or as requested by the Town. The tentative start date for mowing will be the week of April 13, 2025 and continuing through October 2025. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor and materials for the mowing of Town Property in the Town of Schererville, IN. Bid shall be in accordance with the description, quantity, terms and conditions contained in the specifications on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, in the terms of this notice and laws of the State of Indiana applicable thereto. Bidders shall execute their bids on the forms included in the bid packaged, together with a non- collusion affidavit, and a signed copy of Certification Regarding Unauthorized Aliens, as set forth in the Bid Documents, and remain open for acceptance ninety (90) days following their receipt. Bidders may bid on entire project or individual zones. All contractors shall be licensed with the Town of Schererville. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding.
