Sealed bids are requested for the following supplies, materials, and services for the Public Works Department: asphalt—materials and service, concrete disposal, and poured-in-place concrete. Bids must adhere to the description, quantity, terms, and conditions specified in the official specifications available in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and comply with applicable Indiana laws. A nonrefundable fee of $5.00, payable by check to the Town of Schererville, is required for each set of documents. Bidders must submit bids on the provided forms, include a non-collusion affidavit, and a signed Certification Regarding Unauthorized Aliens as specified in the bid documents. Bids must remain open for ninety days after receipt. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
