Renovation of an educational facility in Barling, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 66,682-square-foot educational facility.
Barling Elementary Re-roof at 1400 D Street, Barling, Arkansas 72923. The following bid packages will be bid at this time as listed hereafter: 1. Roofing 2. Flashing & Sheet Metal 3. EIFS 4. Plumbing 5. Mechanical 6. Electrical Question Deadline: 07/25/2024 at 4:00 PM CT, All questions during the bidding process shall be addressed to Clark Contractors at dmcwilliams@clarkcontractors.net. All bidders must submit a current Clark Prequalification Form to Clark prior to submitting their bid for this project. Contact David McWilliams via dmcwilliams@clarkcontractors.net for more instructions. Existing conditions at the project site (1400 D Street, Barling, AR) A 5% bid bond or cashier's check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid is required. No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the bid opening. Clark and Fort Smith Public Schools (FSPS) reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bid. Clark and Fort Smith Public Schools (FSPS) encourage the participation of small, minority, and women business enterprise, and encourage all trade contractors to purchase material/equipment and subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises.
