Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elcho, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: Erosion control, grading, culvert work, base aggregate dense, concrete sidewalk, asphaltic surface, concrete curb ramps, restoration, permanent signing, finishing items, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract The anticipated substantial completion date is November 21, 2025, and final completion date is May 29, 2026, No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. An Affidavit of Non-Collusion is required to be filed with the bid stating the following: "This certifies that the undersigned bidder, duly sworn, is an authorized representative of the firm named above; that the bidder has examined and carefully prepared the bid from the plans and specifications and has checked the same in detail before submitting this proposal or bid; and that the bidder or agents, officer, or employees have not, directly or indirectly, entered into an agreement, participating in any collusion, or otherwise taken any action in restraint of free competitive bidding in connection with this proposal. Commitment to prime contractor performance of at least 30 percent of the original contract amount is required. DBE requirements of Wis DOT 49 CFR part 23 for this project is Discretionary. All required documentation shall be submitted at the bid opening. The project is federally funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation - Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). Federal Wage Rates apply. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
