Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Elcho, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
**As of October 10, 2024 there is no bids received. The project will not rebid. The building in need of roof repair is 25' in height, roof dimensions are 86'X40', standing seam steel with 2" of insulation. The roof was damaged by storm in 2017 with a tree hitting the west corner of the building. The project will include the following: 1. Repair of Roof and Damaged Purlins 2. Repair and Replacement of all facia and facia boards 3. Installation of Roof Coating 4. Langlade County is soliciting bids from roofing contracting companies for a project located at the Charles de Langlade Recreation Area, N10571 Clear Lake Rd., Elcho, Wisconsin 54420. Instructions to interested firms may be obtained from Al Murray, Forestry, Parks and Recreation Administrator, Langlade County Forestry, Parks and Recreation Department, 1633 Neva Road, Antigo, Wisconsin, 54409, (715) 627-6368 or amurray@co.langlade.wi.us.
