The remodel will replace all finishes, fixtures and update all plumbing and electrical to current codes. A minor structural fix is required for a small exterior portion of the CMU structure. A plumbing domestic water line will need to be run to the annex restrooms. The remodel will include the two restrooms and select areas in the lobby.
