Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose of this project is to provide Marsh Landing WWTF electrical improvements. The project will include the construction of a new precast concrete electrical building and electrical system. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than Four o'clock (4:00PM) EDST on Monday, July 29, 2024, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Director or other designated County Representative. The work to be performed under this Agreement shall be commenced within ten (10) days of the date of the Notice to Proceed, in writing. Construction of the project shall be substantially complete within Six hundred thirty (630) consecutive calendar daysfromthe date stipulated on the Notice to Proceed. Final completion shall be attained Twenty(30)consecutive calendar days from the date of substantial completion.
