The Purpose of the Project is to Construct One (1) New Water Transmission Main Extended From the Hastings Water Treatment Plant (Wtp). The County is Seeking to Construct One (1) Additional New Water Transmission Main That is Being Considered as Bid Alternate #1 With an Extension for Consideration With Bid Alternate #2. The Project Includes Federal Funding Through the American Rescue Plan Act (Arpa). Bidders Must Obtain and Review the Bid Documents, Including All Attachments and Exhibits, as Well as Any Issued Addenda, for Full Details and Instructions Regarding Submittal Format, Full Scope of Services, Minimum Qualifications and All Other Information Related to This Bid.
