The City of St. Augustine is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to facilitate the restoration of the Greater St. Mary's Missionary Baptist Church located in the Lincolnville Historic District in St. Augustine. The Scope of Work includes repair / replace soffit; repair and stabilize exterior staircase; interior structural repairs, including the balcony; repair/replace twenty (20) windows; paint exterior; and permitting and dumpster fees. The City of St. Augustine reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all respondents, to waive any informality in or to reject any or all of Bids if deemed to be in its best interest.
