***Apparent low bid from previous bid opening: Penn State Construction - $58,134 Construct Hangar Ph I Site Preparation As actual damages for delay in completion are impossible to determine, the contractor(s) responsible for such delay and his/or their sureties shall be liable for and shall pay to the Owner as fixed, agreed, and liquidated damages the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each calendar day Work shall be commenced within ten (10) days of the date specified in the written notification to proceed and shall be fully and finally completed within 30 Calendar days of the date specified in the written notification to proceed. No pre-bid meeting will take place for this project. Questions regarding the technical aspects of the bid drawings and/or the contract documents should be directed to the Project Engineer. The contractor shall do and perform the following work, supplying all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and other means of construction and incidentals necessary to accomplish the following items in accordance with the plans and specifications. 1.
