Expansion of the RCMP Detachment located at 698 Atkins Avenue in Langford, B.C. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. In January 2026, a final validation report will be presented to the municipal councils. This report will confirm if the project can be delivered within the target budget. Tender and construction timelines are undetermined. Further update in early 2026, upon approvals. *This project is being undertaken by the Owners using the Integrated Project Delivery Model (IPD) and best practices.
