The City of Hopkins is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the expansion of the Pavilion. The Pavilion serves as a vital community hub, hosting a wide range of events and activities throughout the year. The goal of this feasibility study is to evaluate the potential for expanding the facility to better serve the community's growing needs in accordance with the City's recently completed Park System Master Plan. The following is a general description of the tasks to be required of the consultant. A final scope of services will be negotiated and finalized once a consultant is selected. In preparing a proposal, the consultant is free to modify, revise or otherwise amend the list of tasks to best satisfy the requirements of the plan.
