Simon Springs Community School Renovations Project Location: 220 Stones River Rd., LaVergne, TN 37086 The date of substantial completion shall be as noted below: 1. November 1, 2024 30 days after date of Substantial Completion Project Description: Scope includes phased construction, refer to the phasing plan for clarification. Scope includes removal of existing VCT and existing suspended ceilings. Mechanical and lights are to remain in place, secure for installation of new ceilings. Ceiling diffusers are to be replaced, coordinate with MEP drawings. New casework at each classroom, refer to typical classroom plans. Admin Suite to have new Reception Desk, flooring, and ceilings. Some reworking of existing toilets to meet ADA accessibility. Addition of new ADA accessible toilets for Special Needs (FMD) Classrooms
