Stanton Park Rehabilitation Phase I and II All questions and/or requests for interpretation or correction shall be in writing and addressed to the Contract Administrator no later than July 16th, 2024 All correspondence, including written questions and objections, pertaining to this RFB shall be directed to Mark Wall Parks Director Telephone Number: 541-957-7001 Email: mark.wall@douglascountyor.gov Bidders are not required to submit a prequalification application. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Issuance of Intent to Award contract by July 31st 2024 The work covered by this Project shall begin September 15th, 2024 and be completed by June 15th, 2025. Once work commences, the Contractor must maintain continuous work to ensure the Project is completed prior to June 15th, 2025 The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible Bidder. The Board of Commissioners may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject all Bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so
