Site work and renovation of a civil project in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Ferry Reservoirs & Site Seismic Improvements The Work for the Project Consists of Furnishing Required Labor, Equipment, and Materials for the Following: 1. Construct Two 1.75 Million Gallon (Mg) Circular Concrete D-110 Style Potable Water Reservoirs. 2. Construct a 0.3 Million Gallon Per Day (Mgd) Potable Water Booster Pump Station With 1500 Gallon Per Minute (Gpm) Fire Pumps, Including a Backup Power Generator. 3. Construct an Operations and Maintenance Building. 4. Construct Seismically Resilient Piping Connections. 5. Demolish the Existing Site Facilities While Maintaining Potable Water Service Throughout the Construction. 6. Complete Site Grading, Landscaping, and All Utility Connections for a Fully Functional Site Including All Other Traffic Control, Restoration, Erosion Control, and Other Incidental Related Work as Described in the Contract Documents. The Bid Guarantee Must Be Submitted to Owner Within the Time Specified as Prescribed in Section 00 21 13 (11.1). This Project is Receiving Funding Through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (Fema) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Hmgp-dr-4562-or, and as Such, Will Be Subject to Federal Contracting Requirements As Further Detailed in Section 00 73 45 - Federal Requirements. Each Bid Must Contain a Statement as to Whether the Bidder is a Resident Bidder as Defined in Ors 279a.120. Each Bid Must Contain a Statement as to Whether the Bidder is Registered With the Oregon Construction Contractors Board in Accordance With the Provisions of Ors 279c.365. Bids Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Forms and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Executed in Favor of the Tualatin Valley Water District in an Amount Not Less Than Ten (10) Percent of the Amount Bid. This Project Includes Construction Work That Requires Prequalification for Earthwork, Reservoir, and Reservoir Prestressor Contractors. The Prequalification Process is Described in Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders. The Work Shall Proceed and Be Complete in Accordance With the Contract Times Listed in the Agreement, With All Work Complete by November 6, 2026. This Project is Receiving Funding Through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (Fema) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Hmgp-dr-4562-or, and as Such, Will Be Subject to Federal Contracting Requirements As Further Detailed in Section 00 73 45 - Federal Requirements. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish the Necessary Additional Bond(S) for the Faithful Performance of the Contract as Prescribed in the Contract Documents. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Contracting Procedures and Requirements, Including Bidder Responsibility Under Ors 279c.375(3)(B), and May Reject for Good Cause All Bids Upon the Owner's Finding That It is in the Owner's or the Public's Best Interest to Do So. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities And to Award a Contract to the Qualified Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder.
