Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform the following services and to deliver the products described. Metro will only award contracts to firms that demonstrate their ability to provide all services and deliverables described below in-house, or with the assistance of subcontractors. Perform Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of Metro owned and operated sites. FCAs will include performing data collection in a manner consistent with Metro's Asset Management data standards and compatible with Metro's asset management software system(s); on-site inspections of facility assets; rating asset conditions; compiling a comprehensive asset inventory using parameters defined by Metro; evaluating existing and future preventative maintenance requirements; and identifying deficiencies for future repair, rehabilitation and capital replacement. The successful proposers will provide contracted services on an "on-call" basis. Specific Work Orders will be issued for each FCA requested. The timing and volume of FCAs at individual Metro facilities is dependent upon several factors, including availability of funding within each department's annual budget and Capital Improvement Plan, ongoing strategic efforts such as campus master planning, operational constraints and staff capacity.
