Multnomah County reserves the right to alter, reorder, repeat, omit, or add to the anticipated stages and/or make an award at whatever stage the most advantageous Proposer has been identified through this process Do apply to this Contract. The wage rates to be paid are set forth in Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Works Contracts in Oregon, which is incorporated by reference. Copies are available from any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the Bureau of Labor and Industries. Estimated Project Start Date: August 5, 2024 Estimated FInal Completion: September 13, 2024 This project involves the phased demo of both HM frame entry doors into clinic lobby and into dental clinical space and replacement with ALUM storefront doors that meet wider ADA standards. The main entry door also involves the addition of an ADA button. Line voltage has already been installed and coiled at door and county will manage electrical hookup to main power. Coordination with county alarms trades for any keypad or security scope. Please note infection control measures for construction in dental clinic as well as specified temporary construction panels.
