Renovation of a residential development in Middleburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,346-square-foot residential development.
Clay County is requesting quotes from qualified Contractors to provide residential roof replacement at the following location: 4433 Camel Circle Middleburg, FL 32068 The residence has 2,346 square feet under the roof. Question Submission Deadline:July 24, 2024, 4:30pm Question Response Deadline: July 24, 2024, 4:30pm Substantial Completion shall be obtained within forty-five (45) days from Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be obtained within sixty (60) days from Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for all workmanship and materials for a period of ten (10) years and a lifetime manufacture warranty for the shingles. Warranty will begin from the date of final acceptance. The Contractor shall be assessed Liquidated Damages (LD) of $100.00 for each day past final completion date set by the Contract. If the Contractor fails to maintain acceptable product quality or to perform adequately in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established in this Request for Bids, the County reserves the right to cancel the contract upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor.
