Demolition and site work for a civil project in Key West Nas, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The proposed project phase generally consists of upgrading the Crawl Key ground storage tank's yard piping and the potable water distribution system. Scope of work includes the installation of approximately 150 linear feet of 8" C900 polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC) and 200 linear feet of 6" C900 polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC), connecting to the terminated directional drills from Phase 1. FKAA shut down coordination is required prior to any modifications and demolition of the existing 6" fill tank line and the 6" distribution line. Furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. B. Repair, replace, or otherwise settle with the Owner, if damage to property or existing facilities occurs, including damage to pavements, utilities, lawns, structures, etc. C. Construct the Project under a single contract. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a copy of certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. A copy of the certified check must be attached to the bid proposal in e-builder. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract, as prescribed in the Contract Documents. The FKAA reserves the right to reject all Proposals where the FKAA deems rejection to be in its best interest, or to reject any Proposal not in compliance with the Contract Documents. The FKAA reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities in said Proposals.
