Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 2 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline Jul 17, 2024 02:30 PM NDT General Scope of work to include replacing fire alarm panel, annunciator, active graphic panel, and the addition and relocation of devices to create a reliable, code compliant and updated system. Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to: - Selective demolition as described on the drawings and as necessary to accommodate the construction of new fire alarm system. - Supply and installation of firestopping as required to meet NBC. - Supply and installation of new fire alarm system. - Supply and installation of EMT conduit and wiring for added and relocated fire alarm system devices. - Final testing and verification of complete fire alarm system. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
