Renovation of a swimming pool in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The scope of the project includes. Design the replacement and upgrade of the HVAC system. The new design should consider the following: Potential relocation of HVAC units to improve maintenance access. The design should incorporate technologies for energy recovery and humidity control in a high-humidity environment. Provide proper air circulation to maintain good air quality and prevent condensation issues. The design may include a new separate structure to house major pieces of the mechanical system. Provide ventilation for basement mechanical room and chemical storage rooms as per code. Provide addition/revision of the Building Management System (BMS). The design consultant deliverables will include all consulting services throughout all stages of the project including construction contract administration.
