Site work for a mixed-use development in Lethbridge, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
5th Street South from 1st Ave South to 6th Ave South Streetscaping. Work consists of major underground infrastructure and public realm upgrades. TIMELINE: Preliminary design work is ongoing with a tentative completion of spring 2026. Once complete, phasing and funding requirements will be presented to city council as part of the upcoming Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget discussions fall 2026. If approved by council, owner will proceed to securing a consultant for detailed design and contract administration services. Tender schedules are undetermined at this time, pending funding approval and the outcome of the CIP process. Further update summer/fall 2026. *Cost to be determined.
