The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of International Falls, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified interested parties to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the rehabilitation of a Water Treatment Facility. The rehabilitation will primarily consist of rehabilitating the filters, adding and replacing chemical feed equipment, replacing old pumps and blower, adding a building addition for soda ash bulk storage, and building repairs that include roof repair and coatings. The City of International Falls plans to retain a CMAR firm to facilitate the cost evaluation, constructability, scheduling and sequencing of work for the efficient use and proper allocation of available funds.
