Question Deadline 09/14/2024 at 10:00 PM CT Overview: The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids to furnish and install air compressor, dryer, and install DOT provided receiver tank in Grand Materials lab to create redundant system. All equipment must meet or exceed specifications provided. Location: Iowa DOT - Ames Materials Lab 800 Lincoln Way Ames, IA 50010 Contract Award It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity. Questions: All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the Ionwave bid system on or before the cut off date and time as indicated in the solicitation. Start date -9/15/2024 End date- 12/31/2024 (Must be inclusive of inspection and final acceptance date). Contractor is required to provide all materials, equipment and labor for the removal and replacement of material as per plans/specifications outlined on the Line Item tab.
