Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Ames (City) Parks and Recreation Administration Office, located at 1500 Gateway Hills Park Drive, is being renovated which includes new or refinished flooring, painting of walls/ceilings, and converting men's and women's restrooms to universal restrooms. City is requesting bids from qualified contractors to paint the interior walls/ceilings and exterior doors of the administration office. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. Painting is to be completed by September 13, 2024 The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
