RFQ- Continuing Professional Engineering Services. Background The City serves an area of 25 square miles with a population of approximately 24,334. The City's fiscal year begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th. The Finance Department maintains the funds and accounts of the City. The Finance Department is responsible for the custody and accounting of funds of each department. The City of Edgewater seeks to establish a contract for a qualified firm to provide Professional Engineering Services as further described in this document. The firm awarded the contract shall be paid a lump sum fee based on an approved Scope of Services. The City of Edgewater currently has an active contract for this type of service. The firm awarded this contract must meet or exceed all terms, conditions and specifications of the City of Edgewater. The successful proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Contractor".
