Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Edgewater, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility.
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving the City of Edgewater and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of City of Edgewater Public Works Facility. The project consists of two new buildings. One 7,490 SF administration building and one 15,703 SF fleet maintenance building. The project will include but is not limited to; Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Carpentry, Waterproofing, Roofing, Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glass and Glazing, Drywall, Stucco, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Division 10 Specialties, Shop Equipment, Appliances, Window Treatments, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Sitework and Utilities, Fencing, Landscape, Irrigation and Fueling Station. A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting is not scheduled at this time. The RFI deadline is August 14, 2024. Please submit RFIs to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. M/WBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
