Greenhouse Roof Replacement Contract duration: 1 year Q & A deadline: Jul 12, 2024 6:00:00 PM EDT Scope- Location: Bingham High School 2160 W. South Jordan Parkway (10400 S.) South Jordan, UT 84095 o Contractor experience requirements: o Contractor shall have a minimum five (5) years of experience in greenhouse roof installs. o Contractor shall provide, upon request, the required contractor's license and a list of previous similar projects. o Contractor to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to construct new greenhouse roof. o Greenhouse measurements approximately 52 feet by 24 feet (1,148 square feet). o Contractor must field verify all measurements prior to bid. o Contractor to provide a means to protect finished areas from damage during construction. o Contractor shall provide and install a six (6) foot tall temporary construction safety fence around the construction area. o Contractor is required to provide a means to haul away all material/garbage that is created by the construction process or that needs to be removed from the site during the construction process. o Contractor shall remove and haul away the old glazing material and roof system. o Contractor to provide and install, as per manufacturer requirements, 16mm polycarbonate replacement panels, Poly lock connectors, and Uchannel. o Contractor to provide glass seal repair, as will be explained at the walkthroughContractor must include in the bid submission any scope of work covered at the mandatory walk-through. o Contractor will clean up the site after construction is finished to make it ready for use. o Start date July 3, 2024. o Completion date to be determined at walk-through (dependent on lead times).
