Site work and new construction of a civil project in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
the Project Includes the Construction of Secondary Disinfection Facilities Utilizing Gas Chlorine. The Structures Are Comprised of Pre-cast Concrete Panels to Be Assembled (Schedule a) or One-piece Fiberglass Shelter (Schedule B) and Installed Onsite for Crandall Canyon Spring and Bathtub Spring Respectively. The Facilities Include Piping, Control Valve, Air Release Valve, Gauges, Isolation Valve, Specialized Gas Chlorine Controls, Chlorine Scales and Dual Chlorine Cylinders, Ventilation, Propane Heater, Propane Tank, Propane Tank Concrete Pad, Propane Piping, Battery-powered Lighting and Related Appurtenances. There Are Also Buried Piping Modifications and a Piping Loop to Be Installed That Allows for Adequate Ct After Disinfection. The Facilities Will Be Installed in the Locations Shown on the Drawings. Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Base Bid Will Be Required to Accompany Bids. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids; or to Accept or Reject the Whole or Any Part of Any Bid; or to Waive Any Informality or Technicality in Any Bid in the Best Interest of the District. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the day for opening the Bids may not be answered.
