Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of South Jordan seeks PROPOSALS from experienced and qualified Contractors to provide Asphalt Overlay construction for the City 2024 Overlay projects. The work includes 2700 West, 4000 West, Bonar Ridge Rd., and possibly other city streets. The work must be substantially complete 45 days from Notice to Proceed. The City anticipates a Notice to Proceed will be given between July 1st and August 15th, 2024. The Bid Security may be in the form of a certified check, cashier s check, cash, or Bid Bond The Bid Security amount must equal at least five (5) percent of the total amount of the Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City.
